The Engineering Group has served as the foundation
of our corporate practice providing comprehensive planning, design
and permitting services for
public and private sector clients across Central Texas.
Our Engineering staff offers seasoned experience and expertise over
a full range of civil engineering disciplines, working
seamlessly
with our Surveying and Environmental groups on many projects. This
collaborative approach provides for our clients a broad spectrum of
development services that can be tailored to

The Land Surveying Group
offers
expert survey services to a broad base of clients, including private
individuals with moderate survey needs; land developers with large,
complicated, time-sensitive projects; and governmental agencies with
varied types of survey requirements. Primary professional services
include Boundary and Land Title Surveys, Engineering Design Surveys,
Construction Staking, Bathymetric Surveys, and Survey Consulting
Services.

Our highly qualified survey
staff utilizes electronic, robotic total stations, survey
grade Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment, and
state-of-the-art 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning equipment for
rapid, precise, and efficient collection of data. LAI field
crews are well-educated, well-trained, and well-equipped,
and typically work in efficient and cost-effective one and
two-man field crews. Our skilled survey technicians use
advanced design and analysis software to produce finished
surveying products that our clients can rely on to be
thorough, accurate and backed by professional service. |
The Environmental Group
provides expertise in environmental review, planning,
compliance,
and permitting for both public and private clients. The primary
services we offer are Endangered Species Surveys and Conservation
Planning, Wetland Delineation and Permitting, Biological Baseline
Studies and Inventories, Land and Wildlife Management, Environmental
Impact Assessment, Environmental Site Assessment, and Mapping
Services.
