Conservation Easement Documentation Report for the Nester 510-acre tract, Hays County, Texas

LAI prepared a Conservation Easement Documentation Report for approximately 510 acres in Hays County, Texas.  The report documented the presence, location, and condition of man-made improvements and environmental features existing on the subject property at the time the Conservation Easement was granted, particularly those features affecting the conservation values of the property.  The baseline report supported a conservation easement on the property to be held by the City of Austin.
