Plum Creek Waters of the U.S. Assessment, Kyle, Texas

LAI evaluated approximately 182 acres in Plum Creek Phase 1 along Bunton Branch in Hays County, Texas for waters of the U.S.  Potential waters were identified, described, and staked in the field.  
LAI prepared a memo describing the findings and options for permitting any impacts to waters of
the U.S. under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
