Thomas Ranch Wildlife Management Plan, Travis and Burnet Counties, Texas

LAI prepared a wildlife management plan in accordance with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department guidelines for the Thomas Ranch (approximately 883 acres in Travis and Burnet counties, Texas).  The management plan supports an application for 1-d-1 open space agricultural property tax appraisal for wildlife management use.  The primary management goals for the property are to enhance populations of game birds and white-tailed deer to improve recreational hunting opportunities and to repair damage to habitat from past overgrazing.
