Plum Creek Wildlife Management Plan, Kyle, Texas

Since 1999, LAI has
assisted the client with wildlife management activities on
undeveloped land to be used for possible future development as
part of the Plum Creek development in Kyle, Hays County, Texas.
LAI annually implements counts and censuses, predator control,
and supplemental shelter practices to support the wildlife management use property tax appraisal on the management area. Specific practices include songbird surveys, cowbird trapping, and a bluebird nest box program. LAI assists the client with the preparation of documentation of management practices for submittal to the Hays Central Appraisal District. |
