Purgatory Creek Endangered Species Survey and Habitat Assessment,
LAI completed an endangered species survey during the 2004 breeding season for the endangered golden-cheeked warbler on approximately 488 acres owned by the City of San Marcos, Texas. LAI recorded plant and other wildlife species observed during the nearly 100 hours of on-site field work to support the habitat assessment portion of the report. Warbler observations were recorded in the field with GPS equipment and detailed maps of survey effort and endangered species observations were created with GIS software. |
