Endangered Species Survey Summary: Vinegarone Tower Site Endangered Species Survey, Val Verde County, Texas

LAI conducted a presence/absence survey for black-capped vireos at a proposed cell tower site in Val Verde County, Texas.  The survey was conducted in accordance with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service guidelines and included five visits to the site.
