Double W Ranch Conservation Easement Documentation Report, Live Oak County, Texas

LAI prepared a Conservation Easement Documentation Report for the Double W Ranch, approximately 3,440 acres located in Live Oak County, Texas.  The report documented the
baseline environmental and developed conditions on the ranch in support of a conservation easement to be held by the Natural Area Preservation Association (NAPA).  The report
included research and observations on topography, geology, soils, water resources,
vegetation, wildlife, land use, and improvements.
