Loomis Austin prepared a Conservation Easement Documentation Report for approximately 497 acres in Hays County, Texas.  The report documented the presence, location, and condition of man-made improvements and environmental features existing on the subject property at the time the Conservation Easement was granted, particularly those features affecting the conservation values
of the property.  The baseline report supported the private donation of a conservation easement on the property to be held by the City of Austin.
