Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for The Trust for Public Land Gaines Ranch, approximately 44.1 acres in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas

LAI prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for approximately 44 acres in Austin,
Texas along the Barton Creek Wilderness Park.  The report concluded that recognized environmental site conditions, such as hazardous substances or petroleum products, did not occur on the property and thus were not a threat to human health or the environment.  LAI also prepared a display map of the property for the Client’s use in the public dedication ceremony.
