Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for approximately 2,288 acres of the Storm Ranch in Hays County, Texas

LAI prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment according to ASTM standards for approximately 2,288 acres of the Storm Ranch.  The subject property is located approximately 7.6 miles northwest of Wimberley, Hays County, Texas.  The City of Austin and the Hill Country Conservancy are working together to protect the entire Storm Ranch through a conservation easement.
