Projects: Marina Design and Permitting

Northshore Marina, Jonestown, Texas

Loomis Austin prepared and processed a marina application and variance request through the Lower Colorado River Authority to expand the existing Northshore Marina from 138-slips to 307-slips.  LAI directed the activities of specialty subcontractors including electrical systems design
and marina structure/anchoring.  A negotiated solution not requiring a variance was achieved that allowed the expansion of the marina by up to 240-slips total.
