Loomis Austin provided performed site engineering and permitting for the 99-room Holiday Inn Express hotel and restaurant located on Hwy 290 West in Sunset Valley, Texas. Site design
included access, parking, drainage, water and wastewater utilities, water quality pond design,
and construction phase services for this project located in the sensitive Barton Creek Watershed.
