Loomis Austin performed site engineering and permitting for this 24-unit condominiums project situated in Austin’s Brentwood neighborhood. The site, located in the 25- and 100-year floodplains
of Hancock Branch, required design of a flood relief channel and attainment of challenging floodplain variances from the City of Austin.
