Comal ISD Elementary School, Bul Verde, Texas

Under contract to Comal ISD, LAI performed site design and permitting for a new 800-student elementary school in Bulverde, Texas at the Johnson Ranch development. This 16-acre site,
located in the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, required permitting through TCEQ and the City of Bulverde. Loomis Austin coordinated closely with the architect and performed site design including grading, drainage and water quality along with utilities coordination. The school is scheduled to
open in the Fall of 2009.
