LAI provided site engineering and permitting through the City of Austin for this 96-unit condominiums project located on Lake Travis adjacent to Mansfield Dam along Hwy 620. Engineering challenges included design and permitting of an on-site wastewater treatment system with drip irrigation disposal to serve the project.
