Loomis Austin performed site design and permitting through the City of Austin for this 26-acre,
290-unit S.M.A.R.T. housing condominium project located in Southeast Austin. LAI prepared the drainage analyses, detention facility design, overall site and private drive grading, and coordinated with the home builder on condominium unit construction.
