One World Theatre, Austin, Texas

Loomis Austin performed site design and permitting through the City of Austin for initial construction and a second phase of site upgrades to the One World Theatre complex, located along RM 2244. Engineering challenges included parking and water quality systems design for this project located
in Austin's environmentally sensitive Barton Creek watershed.
