Reunion Square, Leander, Texas

Loomis Austin performed site engineering for this 1.34-acre office/retail development project
located on US Hwy 183 in Leander.  LAI prepared preliminary and final construction documents
and obtained site development permits from the City of Leander and TxDOT. Site design work included drainage analyses, detention facility design, site and parking lot grading/layout, and coordination with the structural engineer for the project’s innovative Ladderblock® system construction.
