Loomis Austin provided Conceptual Plan, Watershed Protection Plan and Utility Extension
Request development and processing through the City of San Marcos for this 540-acre tract
located along the future route of the San Marcos Loop between Stapes Road and the San Marcos River along the Hays-Guadalupe County Line. LAI coordinated procurement of multiple utility easements from private land owners to allow annexation and wastewater service from the City of
San Marcos including negotiations between Crystal Clear WSC and the City for splitting of water
and wastewater service responsibilities.
