Projects: Subdivision Development

Northlake Hills, Jonestown, Texas

Loomis Austin performed planning and design for this residential subdivision located on the north shore of Lake Travis in Jonestown, Texas. The project was platted and developed in three sections comprising 28 lakefront lots and 1,400 feet of new roadway. LAI coordinated permitting through the City of Jonestown and provided design for roadways, drainage, water and wastewater utilities, electrical utilities and stormwater quality systems.
