Plum Creek, Kyle, TX

Loomis Austin assisted in master land planning and performed engineering design and permitting for multiple sections of this major subdivision community (4,000 lots at full buildout) located in Kyle, Texas. Project work has included performance of drainage analyses, storm sewer and large scale culvert designs, and planning/design and permitting for extensive water and wastewater utility distribution/collection systems. LAI has prepared final roadway construction documents including plan and profiles for over 8,000 feet of new roads and associated utilities, processed numerous Preliminary and Final Plats through the City of Kyle, and assisted the owner during the project’s bid and construction phases.
