Riverforest, New Braunfels, Texas

Loomis Austin provided planning, design survey and engineering services for this single family residential, 200-acre subdivision located in New Braunfels, Texas. Project design included 2.5
miles of internal roadway, drainage and water utility improvements with subdivision permitting and final plat development through the City of New Braunfels. Riverforest includes a riverfront park area with walking trails and parking. This project required approvals through the TCEQ’s Edward's Aquifer Protection Program and a Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) was prepared and approved by the TCEQ.
