Projects: Subdivision Development

Tusikanni Cove, Lago Vista, Texas

Loomis Austin is serving as civil engineering design firm for this approximately 300-acre, 350-unit subdivision development located on the north shore of Lake Travis within the ETJ of the City of Lago Vista, Texas. LAI coordinated with the project’s land planners providing engineering evaluations (preliminary drainage, roadway, utilities and water quality design) for alternative land plans. Loomis Austin also negotiated on behalf of the Owner a Development Agreement, Planned Development District (PDD), and annexation for the project into the City of Lago Vista.
