Leander Independent School District
Loomis Austin, Inc. has provided building and site control for eleven elementary schools, middle schools and high schools in the Leander, Texas ISD.  LAI provided a variety of layout services for these projects including highly precise building control and pier layout; site electric layout; and
water, wastewater and storm drain layout.

Services Provided:

City of Kyle, Texas

Loomis Austin, Inc. provided off-set staking and cut sheets for approximately 9,100 linear feet of 12” and 16” CIP water line along FM Highway 1626 and Kohlers Crossing Road for the City of Kyle in Hays County, Texas.  LAI established project control tied to Texas State Plane Coordinates and
local boundary markers for the entire route; calculated and staked appropriate offsets of the pipeline centerline and provided the contractor with accurate cut sheets.
