Winters Mill Parkway (Wimberley Bypass), Hays County, Texas

Loomis Austin served as prime investigator and design engineer for a new 2.1 mile roadway
aimed at providing enhanced safety and traffic relief for the Village of Wimberley, Texas.  Work included a feasibility study with public meetings, environmental and cultural assessments, design survey, construction plan development, and coordination with TxDOT.
