Loomis Austin was selected by the City of Monument, Oregon, to serve as the planning and design engineer for a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system to replace outdated septic systems.  LAI designed more than 2 miles of gravity collection and associated lift stations, lagoon treatment, and spray irrigation disposal.
