Services: Environmental Consulting: Water Quality Planning

Loomis Austin offers environmental planning services for the use and protection of our water. Ourstaff have prepared complete watershed analyses, including development of water pollution control strategies for developed and developing areas. LAI completed a watershed restoration master plan for the 350 square-mile Barton Springs Contributing Zone near Austin, Texas, for which structural and non-structural NPS pollution reduction options were evaluated and costed. This project combined detailed field study with state-of-the-art computer mapping and modeling to develop solutions uniquely suited to the study area.

Loomis Austin staff have assisted local governments and agencies with the development and evaluation of mandated and voluntary conservation programs. We developed erosion control plans for industrial or construction sites to comply with NPDES and local regulations, and have assisted public and private sector clients with the design and implementation of conservation programs to protect environmental resources.
