Services: Civil Engineering: Land Planning

In support of our clients' site and subdivision development needs, Loomis Austin provides conceptual land planning and comprehensive development consultation services. LAI planners and engineers work to coordinate the client’s vision and financial requirements for the property with the realities of local regulatory restrictions (zoning, site and subdivision ordinances), the physical constraints and opportunities offered by the property, and utilities availability. At the earliest stages in the land development process, we work with our clients to develop preliminary site plan layouts, subdivision road and lot configurations, and infrastructure cost estimates to serve as project feasibility and planning tools. We assist our clients with understanding schedules for permitting and construction, with phasing plan options, and as general development consultants.
