Services: Civil Engineering: Subdivision Development

Loomis Austin has planned, designed and permitted many successful subdivisions in central Texas. As lead design engineer for projects such as Plum Creek (Kyle), Steiner Ranch (Austin) and The Hollows (north shore of Lake Travis), we have assisted our clients in navigating the challenging process of taking raw land from concept to approved subdivision. Our engineering group offers a complete menu of technical and project management services as listed below. We serve as our client's primary advocate in discussions and negotiations with regulators and with other project stakeholders at all levels and stages of planning, design and permitting. Our land surveying group performs ALTA/ACSM land title surveys; engineering design surveys; and final plat development.
Our environmental group provides endangered species permitting through U.S. Fish and Wildlife, Section 404 permitting for jurisdictional waters (Corps of Engineers), and Phase I site assessments.
