Services: Civil Engineering: Water Quality Systems Analysis & Design

Loomis Austin has a long history as experts in the planning, design and permitting of local and regional stormwater quality facilities for management of nonpoint source pollution. We have worked extensively in the public sector on a watershed scale for the City of Austin on initiatives such as the Barton Springs Retrofit Master Plan. We have worked with private sector clients such as Avery Ranch in the design of its network of golf course water quality ponds. Our engineering and environmental professionals will select, design and permit the structural and/or non-structural best management practices (BMP’s) best suited to each application from among technologies including vegetative buffers; sedimentation-filtration facilities; wet ponds; and stormwater wetlands.
